Please check your spam folder. Our system will ALWAYS send you an email to confirm registration, or that a referral ticket has been submitted as well as any notes added. If you don't appear to be receiving these emails, you may need to check your spam box and allow them through.

Also some organisations have fierce spam filters over which we have no control. You may need to talk to your IT Support if this looks to be the case. You can login at any time though to see the status of any referral you submit.
