LAW Referral ServiceThe (new) LAW Referral Service allows registered members in Warwickshire to send in referral tickets at any time of day - 24/7. The service is specifically for support workers (health care, councils etc) that need to refer clients to Citizens Advice to help resolve more complex problems (benefits, debt, housing etc) on a fast-track basis.
Response time is usually within 3 working days (during normal working hours).
Each referral ticket is assigned a unique number which you can use to track progress and responses via our site. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your referrals.
